James.....I really liked the podcast! My takeaways..... Not recognizing when waiting is an opportunity. My opinion is we as a society fill our voids with useless things. This breaks my heart. Who's agenda am I living by today?? When hurried relationships are strained and at risk. It takes time, it's a process. Leadership be Available, Approachable and Aware!! Waiting is not inactivity! I'll be listening to more.
